Polished decorative front door. Panelled internal doors. All door and Window frames of hardwood.

Electrical
Concealed conduit wiring with Finolex/Havell’s, with adequate light and fan points, 6/16A plug points etc, controlled by ELCB and MCBs with independent KSEB meters.
